Judy is co-founder of the incredibly successful specialty food company Highland Sugarworks. Incorporated in 1991, Highland continues to lead the maple industry. Judy hired Sally Stetson to create and logo and collateral for Highland. She worked diligently to place Highland in the media and on store shelves. From manual labor on the farm to exhibiting at national and international Fancy Food Shows, Judy has done it all—chief labeler to chief operating officer and everything in between. Judy sold her share of Highland in 2005 to explore other opportunities.
